Upper Stretford End – We Want Your Views

At the start of this season, MUDSA began receiving complaints from wheelchair users on the Chas Banks Accessibility Platform in the Upper Stretford End about restricted views of the pitch, particularly the Stretford End goal.

Following discussions with Manchester United, the club has confirmed that additional standing places have been introduced below parts of the platform and that affected wheelchair positions will now be permanently classified as restricted view, with supporters offered a 25% discount or relocation.

MUDSA remains concerned that these measures do not address the underlying problem. We believe that disabled supporters should be able to enjoy an unrestricted view of the match wherever reasonably possible.

We now want to hear directly from those affected.

If you use the Chas Banks Accessibility Platform, please take a moment to complete the short survey below. Your feedback will help MUDSA represent your views in our ongoing discussions with the club.

Thank you for your support.
