Join MUDSA

Please note that due to a huge backlog, we are not able to quickly process membership requests. But rest assure, we are working on it with the Club.

Membership cards:

Please note that we are no longer issuing plastic membership cards. They are being replaced with digital membership cards which can be downloaded from your MUDSA account after your membership has been approved.

Membership badges:

We are still issuing MUDSA membership badges to new members. They can be collected by arrangement on matchdays from John Simister in the Ability Suite, Nathaniel Yates in the Quads, or Alan Rayment in the Stretford End.

Step 1

You or the person you are caring for/a PA for, MUST be a member of Manchester United to join MUDSA or you will not be accepted. Please click below to join Manchester United if you have not already.

When you join Manchester United you will be given a Membership number. You will need to enter this in the form below.

You must also have registered your disability with Manchester United. A list of acceptable proofs of disability are listed here.

If the above criteria is not met your application to join MUDSA will be rejected.

  • If you are a carer, you must enter either your own Manchester United Membership Number or the Manchester United Membership Number of the MUDSA Member you care for.

  • We can only accept applications from people, or carers for people who are Members of Manchester United and who have registered their disability with Manchester United, having provided an acceptable proof of disability. In order to check your application, we must share it with Manchester United's Ticketing and Membership team. They will not store or share your data, they simply tell us whether or not your application is valid and then delete it. Ticking the box indicates that you understand this and that you're happy to proceed with your application to join MUDSA.

    To be eligible to use the disabled facilities at Old Trafford you must have already joined Manchester United and supplied one of the following as evidence of your disability (updated Nov 23):

    • A statement of higher rate mobility or higher rate care component Disability Living Allowance (DLA) – dated within 12 months
    • Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Standard or Enhanced rate Mobility component, or Enhanced rate Daily Living component – dated within 12 months
    • Registration document which certifies that you are Registered Blind or Partially Sighted
    • A personal letter outlining your access requirements from your hospital specialist – dated within the last 3 months
