MUDSA was represented at the Fans’ Forum on 30 July at Old Trafford by Interim Secretary Jamie Leeming.
The format of the meeting was slightly different from usual, with much of the discussion focused on the club’s recent efforts to tackle the issue of ticket touting. As a result, this subject dominated a significant part of the meeting.
As Fans’ Forum discussions are formally recorded and the minutes are subsequently published by Manchester United, we won’t reproduce or comment on the detail of those discussions in this article. The full minutes will be made publicly available by the club once they have been finalised.

At the time of writing, MUDSA is not aware of any of our members having been affected by the club’s investigation. In many ways, our members face almost the opposite problem. Disabled supporters often find it difficult to pass on their accessible tickets when they are unable to attend a match, despite there being legitimate reasons why this may be necessary.
For that reason, MUDSA has been working with Manchester United to produce clear, straightforward guidance to help disabled supporters manage their tickets correctly while remaining compliant with the club’s policies. We hope to share this guidance with members as soon as it is finalised.
The Fans’ Forum is held every three months and brings together representatives from a range of Manchester United supporter groups, providing an opportunity for supporters to engage directly with the club on matters affecting fans.
