MUDSA is delighted to congratulate committee member Alan Rayment on his election as Club Accessibility & DSA Lead for Football Supporters Europe (FSE), where he will serve a two-year term representing the interests of disabled supporters across Europe.
Alan’s election follows his attendance at the European Football Fans Congress in Malmö in 2025, where he represented MUDSA and was elected to the FSE Steering Group as Physical Disability Representative.
In his new role, Alan will focus on improving the matchday experience for disabled supporters attending club football across Europe. This includes supporting dialogue between supporters and football clubs, promoting good practice in areas such as stadium accessibility, accessible ticketing, and supporter engagement, and helping to drive positive change for disabled fans.
Football Supporters Europe is an independent, non-profit supporters’ organisation recognised by bodies including UEFA and the Council of Europe as the representative voice of football supporters on a wide range of fan-related issues.
This is a significant achievement for both Alan and MUDSA, reflecting the expertise and commitment he has shown in championing accessibility and inclusion within football. We are incredibly proud to see his work recognised on the European stage and look forward to seeing the positive impact he will make in this important role.
Congratulations, Alan!
