Manchester United has today begun emailing its latest Accessibility Survey to disabled supporters and those with access requirements.
If you receive the survey, we would encourage you to take a few minutes to complete it. Your feedback will help the club better understand supporters’ experiences and identify ways to improve accessibility across matchdays, non-matchday events, communications, facilities, wayfinding and supporter engagement.
The survey should take around 5–7 minutes to complete and is open to all disabled supporters, whether or not you are a MUDSA member. Everyone who completes the survey will also have the opportunity to enter a prize draw.
Please check your inbox and, if necessary, your junk or spam folder. The club has asked us not to share a direct survey link, as this can result in duplicate responses and make it more difficult to collate the results.
If you believe you should have received the survey but cannot find it after checking your junk mail, please contact the Manchester United Accessibility Team.
Your feedback is an important opportunity to help shape future accessibility improvements at Old Trafford. Thank you to everyone who takes part.
