Parrswood Leisure Complex was again the venue for MUDSA’s Annual Bowling Event. The lanes were buzzing with excitement as around 80 MUDSA members and their families attended. Ages ranged from around 5 to 85 and everyone was in great spirits as the competition began. With 4 awards up for IMG 4656grabs the competition was fierce but there could be only one winner for each award.

Congratulations to Malcom Whitehouse who was the highest scoring adult, to Sean Jeffrey who won the adult achievement award.

Matthew Glaister won the junior award with some excellent bowling and last but not least Christopher Cunningham who won the Junior achievement award.

Raffle winners were:

Terry Wood who won the signed Manchester United ball, Nathaniel Yates who won the Old Trafford mug (Donated by Jean and Brian Lloyd) and Jimmy (Jon Lyons carer) who won the bowling voucher for IMG 46926 people.

All the children received a medal and as you can see by the pictures below everyone had a great time. If you missed out then there is always next year.

Finally can we just say a big well done to Ann Marie for organising the event, Sue for keeping the scores and Chas for presenting the awards also MUDSA committee would like to thank Meg Holmes for volunteering to come and take the pictures.
