MUDSA Statement about Europa League Final attendance

For the first time since 1999, MUDSA will not be running an organised trip to the Europa League Final in Gdansk, Poland.

This is due to the very low allocation (10 Wheelchair Spaces + 10 Ambulant) which makes a dedicated MUDSA organised trip financially unviable. However, the club will be running flights through their official travel partners, Sportsbreaks. These trips cost £389.00, but the club are making a donation of £200.00, reducing the cost to £189.00.

The club have also agreed that all carers should travel free of charge, further reducing the cost. This price includes airport transfers. There are however other hurdles to overcome, regarding pre flight PCR (COVID) testing and quarantining on return. The full details are contained in the email sent out by the club. It only remains to say good luck to Ole and the boys and bring that trophy back home!
